About

Architecture grounded in working software.

I am a UK-based senior technical architect and backend developer. My work centres on Python, automation, developer tooling, and practical experiments with agentic AI.

I care about the seams.

The most consequential engineering work often sits between systems: where contracts drift, failure modes surface, and an elegant diagram meets real operational pressure.

I build tools that make those boundaries easier to test, understand, and maintain. Public projects here reflect that focus, from offline Discord bot testing to model evaluation infrastructure.

How I approach the work

Make behavior observable.

A system is easier to trust when its decisions, costs, and failure states can be inspected.

Test without ceremony.

Good tooling shortens the path between a question and a reliable answer.

Keep boundaries explicit.

Clear interfaces preserve room for change without spreading accidental complexity.

Code and current work are public on GitHub.
